ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor Training

 

The purpose of the SFMA course in Internal Auditing Training is to increase understanding of auditing techniques. Using interactive workshops and case studies, participants will develop practical audit skills, improve evaluation and communication skills, refine reporting skills and increase ability to implement corrective action programs. This three-day course includes continuous assessment of attendee understanding and an exam on the final day.

  • Preparing and conducting Opening and Closing Meetings
  • How to gather Audit Evidence during the Audit
  • How to classify and document a Major or Minor Nonconformity
  • The documentation of Concerns or Opportunities For Improvement
  • Importance of documenting Observations during an audit
  • Preparing an Audit Report
  • How to evaluate a Corrective Action Plan
  • How to evaluate effectiveness of the Corrective Action
