ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Training
This course is comprehensive training in lead auditor techniques, methodology, practices and skills. It was designed and developed by a team who created and managed an accredited registrar. The course contains a solid body of quality management systems (QMS) auditing knowledge, accumulated from over ten years of QMS audits.
The purpose of the SFMA course in ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor Training is to increase the understanding on how to effectively and efficiently Lead and Manage an Audit Team through an ISO Audit. This five-day comprehensive course teaches the trainee about the full ISO 9000 registration process, including auditing quality manuals and quality procedures. The course is built around a variety of workshops, case studies, including quality manual and quality procedures that students will audit. The seminar concludes with a final examination. The course runs approximately eight (8) hours per day, with a two (2) hour exam on the fifth (5th) day.

- How to use the ISO 9001:2000 standard during the audit, with fair and accurate interpretations
- How to prepare for all phases of an audit
