Introduction to Materials and Operations Management

The objective of this class is to give an introduction and foundation to the whole process of Supply Chain Management.

 

SUMMARY: Provides knowledge of the fundamentals of operations and supply chain management. The class will explore the basic concepts of managing the flow of materials in a supply chain. You get a complete overview of material flow from internal and external supplies, to and from your organization.

 

The class is divided into 10 Sections.
