Today’s greatest shortage of labor throughout South Florida’s Manufacturing sector is with machinists. Companies have discovered that it is extremely difficult to find skilled labor. Fewer and fewer machinists are entering the workforce trained and fully capable of handling the sophisticated and highly technical machinery that is the backbone of today’s manufacturing companies.
Yet, there is one place where Manufacturers can turn to in their quest for Machinists. It’s Atlantic Technical Center. This specialized training center offers a traditional machining program that continues to attract and graduate students that are employed throughout South Florida.
Atlantic Technical Center invites you to tour their facility, meet their students, and become involved in growing their operations. This unique tour will showcase their machining facility. Students will serve as tour guides. Attendees will have a chance to provide valuable input and guidance on how Atlantic Technical Center can help to meet a growing need for more trained Machinists.
