On-Site Standard Training

 

The SFMA will bring its courseware and instructors to your site. The benefit of this format is all of your employees will be exposed to the same learning experience at the same time. An additional benefit of this type of training is the ability of your employees to have company specific conversations in their own environment and the cost per trainee is substantially lower.  For example, if there is a company specific problem that employees would feel uncomfortable discussing with other companies present, the instructor can address, analyze, and resolve these issues working with the in-house team.
