Problem Solving

This highly interactive course leads participants through an understanding of team operating fundamentals in a problem-solving environment. Through a series of team exercises, participants will use problem solving and decision-making models, data management tools, meeting management tools, and team operating concepts. Prerequisite: Principles of Lean Manufacturing.
