SFMA’s Employee of the Year awards shine a spotlight on brilliance in manufacturing, acknowledging top-tier talent in South Florida’s challenging job market. Celebrate nominees who go above and beyond in eight distinct categories, recognizing extraordinary contributions. Those categories are: Administrative (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, etc..), Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Information Technology, Production, Production Support, Sales & Marketing, and Supervisory roles.
